21 Aug What to Do about the Mill Street-Pleasant Street-Stanwood Street Intersection
It’s a spot of notable congestion in Brunswick. Numerous remedies have already been attempted, and the Maine Department of Transportation recently removed a traffic light at Mill and Pleasant that had been a hoped-for partial solution.
All this is the subject of a public forum at Brunswick Town Hall on the evening of August 21.
Ahead of that session on the WCME Midcoast Morning Buzz, we heard from Paul Merrill of the state transportation department and Brunswick at-large town councilor Kathy Wilson–who is also a longtime Pleasant Street resident.
