Pender Makin on the WCME Midcoast Morning Buzz

Pender Makin currently serves as assistant school superintendent in Brunswick and has been tapped by Governor-elect Janet Mills to serve as the state’s education commissioner. The first part of this interview dealt with Pender’s background in education including her directorship of the REAL school–the alternative school for troubled students.

The latter part focuses on her future as state education commissioner.
