Holly Kopp is also a former chair of the SAD 75 board of directors, and holds a masters in school psychology. She’s challenging incumbent Democratic senator Eloise Vitelli in the 23rd senate district, which includes all of Sagadahoc County and Dresden in Lincoln County.
