Sometimes we get attention not because we are already famous or because of our position in this life, but simply for saying a few words that happen to resonate with a significant number of people at a particular moment in time.
And so it goes with regard to Ella Tabasky, a Brunswick resident who zoomed into the town council meeting on Monday evening to call on councilors to speak up and call out obvious disinformation–such as the falsehood that the asylum seekers at Brunswick Landing are here illegally, a falsehood that has perpetuated on the floor of the council on several recent evenings.
