From WCME News 9: Large Fire in Dresden

Lots of smoke and extensive damage but fortunately no injuries in a fire at the Freedom Center–a drug and mental health recovery center at 633 Gardiner Road in Dresden. The fire apparently broke out in the back of the building and there is no word so far on what caused it.

11 people residing at the center have been placed in temporary housing by the American Red Cross, while responders from twelve fire companies helped to bring the fire under control.

It’s expected that the building will be torn down.
