In Richmond, two cows who recently died are sadi to have been killed by a single arrow to the chest in a field off Savage Road. and police are seeking help from the public as they continue to investigate what is believed to have been the intentional killing of the cows. Richmond police chief Scott McMaster has now released a photo of a pickup truck that may be connected to the killing.
