Breaking news from Radio 9 WCME:
A young motorcyclist from Richmond has died at Maine Medical Center in Portland shortly after arriving with injuries in a crash with a car on northbound I-295 in Falmouth. State police say 21-year-old Alexander Small was operating his cycle erratically at a high rate of speed and was unable to slow down to avoid hitting the car’s rear bumper, with both Small and the cycle hitting a guardrail. The driver of the car, a Portland man, will not be charged.
