Brunswick School Superintendent Phil Potenzino outlines his budget plan

Potenziano, on the WCME Midcoast Morning Buzz, elaborates on the plan, reported exclusively this past Saturday. It’s a plan calling for the smallest increase in both the school budget and the town’s mil rate in recent years–a 3.1 percent appropriations increase and an increase in the mil rate of 2.1 percent–both below the current rate of inflation.

The new budget plan will be formally presented to the School Board Wednesday evening.
