Breaking news: Lisbon Victim Identified

In Penobscot County, sheriffs deputies have now released the name of the 61-year-old man from Lisbon who died late Saturday when the all-terrain vehicle he was driving in Corinna slid down an embankment and rolled over on him.

Thomas Hughes was pronounced dead at the scene and his 58-year-old wife Tracy was taken to a hospital in Pittsfield, where she is expected to recover from her injuries. Both were wearing helmets.
